PlannyPack is a thoughtfully designed travel companion app that simplifies one of the most stressful parts of any trip: preparation. The app combines intelligent packing assistance with personalized travel planning to help users feel organized, confident, and ready for anything.

The core idea behind PlannyPack is reducing decision fatigue and helping users who find themselves always forgetting things when traveling. Instead of relying on generic packing lists or last-minute guesswork, users receive tailored recommendations based on their destination, trip duration, weather conditions, and planned activities. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or an international adventure, PlannyPack adapts to each journey with dynamic, customizable checklists.

The design focuses on clarity, calmness, and ease of use. A clean interface, intuitive navigation, and soft visual cues guide users through each stage of preparation from brainstorming and planning to packing and final checks. Subtle progress tracking and smart reminders ensure nothing gets overlooked without overwhelming the user.

Beyond packing, PlannyPack acts as a lightweight travel guide, offering preparation tips, essential reminders (like documents or adapters), and situational suggestions that reflect real traveler needs. The experience is designed to feel supportive, like a well-organized travel partner.

This project emphasizes user-centered design, blending functionality with simplicity. PlannyPack turns what is often a chaotic pre-trip experience into a streamlined, enjoyable process, helping users start their journeys with confidence and peace of mind.

Roomies is a Hinge-inspired roommate finder app designed to make shared living more personal and intentional. My work, along with two other team-members, focused on crafting the app’s visual identity, with my work specifically focusing on the logo, color palette, tab bar, and implementing auto-layout templates for my team. The branding blends warmth and approachability with a modern, social-first feel, while the tab bar emphasizes simplicity and intuitive navigation, helping users effortlessly browse, match, and connect with potential roommates.

This is one project that I really enjoyed crafting because it was inspired by Marlene, a woman very dear to me. I selected each color as a variation of the colors in the Brazilian flag and the tone of the website as a whole was made to embody the bold and playful spirit of Marlene.
A challenge that came with this design was trying to design both a full screen web version and a small screen mobile version. The mobile webpage includes both vertical and horizontal scrolling for specific elements like the weekly specials menu.

In this call-to-action pop-up, I was tasked with designing a clean and easy to use Insider Access user information card. This design was made in Figma using components, variants, and brand semantics.

ENGAGEMENT
Here is a brief snapshot of post & account engagement. I always take proactive steps with each post to boost engagement to reach a wider audience. As a church Social Media Content Creator, I approach every detail of the account with the idea that "the front door of your church is no longer physical". These inspiring words are what drive me to work diligently in staying on top of trends and crafting clean designs.
The first snapshot here shows an overview of an individual post. Something I've learned as a church content creator is that people love faces! Spending hours on a poster graphic is nothing compared to a good quality image of a familiar face. The next image is an overview of the church student account for the month of August.
